The AMG philosophy
The Mercedes-AMG GT is built by AMG, Mercedes’ performance division, where engines have traditionally been hand-assembled by a single technician — “one man, one engine.” Its character is a hand-built twin-turbo V8: muscular, vocal and theatrical, wrapped in a long-bonneted 2+2 with a driver-focused, cockpit-style cabin.
It blends genuine supercar pace with everyday Mercedes usability — a grand tourer you could drive every day, with the drama dialled up whenever you want it.
The Éire answer
The Éire Eden GT keeps the 2+2 grand touring format but rebuilds it around electricity. In place of the AMG’s V8 theatre it offers instant, seamless torque and a serene, near-silent cabin — a different kind of fast, tuned for distance rather than drama.
It targets 300+ miles of range and electric all-wheel drive, with an interior built around a software-first digital cockpit and Irish materials rather than a traditional performance-car dashboard.
Heritage and exclusivity
Mercedes-AMG brings decades of motorsport pedigree and one of the most respected performance badges in the world. That history is real and deeply earned.
Éire counters with rarity and origin. As a brand-new Irish marque limited to 50 hand-finished cars, the Eden GT offers something AMG’s series production cannot: near-singular exclusivity and the chance to own the first chapter of a new luxury story.
Which grand tourer?
Choose the Mercedes-AMG GT if a hand-built V8 and a storied performance badge are central to what a grand tourer means to you. It is a magnificent machine, available now.
Follow the Éire Eden GT if the next great grand tourer, to you, is electric, Irish, software-led and limited to 50 examples. It is currently in development.
